We chose Golden Bay Builders to build our permanent residence at Pohara Beach. Initially our decision was based on a feeling of trust and confidence which was built up with Golden Bay Builders‘ Steve Chamberlain. This confidence was not misplaced. Our home, which is quite complex in design, was completed on time and with workmanship of a very high standard.

Most importantly, Steve’s communication throughout the process was excellent. Where minor changes to design or materials were sought, Steve handled them in a professional manner. We encountered no unpleasant surprises, and found the building experience to be a most enjoyable one.
